ABOUT US
St. Mary’s HSS is located at the heart of Ernakulam city. It is owned and managed by the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel, Vimala Province, Ernakulam. The Higher secondary section was started in the year 2000. The school was first setup in High school library building with Computer science, Biology and Commerce as its mainstreams. Rev. Sr. Leena Paul (CMC) was the acting Principal then. The new Plus Two block was inaugurated in the year 2002. The Plus Two building was blessed by his eminence Cardinal Varkey Vithayathil, Major Arch Bishop of Ernakulam- Angamaly on 21-10-2002. In the year 2004, we got sanction for an Unaided Biology batch. We are proud to have excellent result every year and secured cent percent results in the years 2013, 2019, and 2020. The school is enriched with a team of qualified and dedicated faculty. The infrastructure is well equipped with Prayer room, Smart classroom, Laboratories, Library, Auditoruim etc.

Remedial coaching/ Special attention
Remedial coaching is given to needy students to make them overcome their difficulties and rise up academically.
Souhrida club
We have active Souhrida club which focuses on all round development and provide life skill training to students .
Carrier Guidance cell
We have an active carrier guidance cell which offers carrier guidance session on various fields to our students. Resource persons provide classes for the same.

Students are exposed to various classes on personality development
